I've heard the articles.  They seem to be everywhere nowadays, and its like there is no escape.  Scientists and research abound professing the gifts and benefits of sleep.  I personally believe that while redundant, these articles do serve a good cause.  Sleep is very good.  I enjoy it, and I always feel better after a good long snooze, but after a while I often find it hard to go to sleep.  I feel as if sleep were a monstrous waste of my time, and I know that's not really healthy.  
     My new goal is to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night.  That I think is an admirable amount for a somewhat lonely, depressed, stressed, and (maybe?) overworked person like me...  I suppose we shall see if I can pull it off.   For now though, may you all have a wonderful time and succeed in thine endeavors!
